We know choosing the right preschool is one of the biggest decisions you'll make for your child. Below are answers to the questions we receive most often 

  

We proudly serve children beginning at 18 months of agethrough Preschool, along with Before School, After School, and enrichment programs for working families. 


  

CarWood Heritage Preparatory proudly serves families throughout the Freeport, Texas area.


  

Preschool

  • Breakfast      Drop-Off: 6:45 AM – 7:00 AM 
  • Instruction      Begins: 7:00 AM 
  • School      Ends: 3:00 PM 
  • Pick-Up      Window: 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM
  • After      school till 7:30 pm 

Parents are encouraged to arrive before 7:00 AM so children can enjoy breakfast and begin learning with their classmates.

Yes.

Texas law requires current immunization documentation or an approved exemption before enrollment. 


  

Tuition is collected one week in advance.

Payments are automatically drafted every Monday through Brightwheel ACH for the following week of attendance. 


    

Weekly tuition payments are accepted exclusively through:

Brightwheel ACH Bank Draft

We do not accept:

  • Cash 
  • Personal      Checks 
  • Credit      Cards 
  • Debit      Cards 
  • Cash      App 
  • Venmo 
  • Zelle 

for weekly tuition. 


    

  

Returned or rejected payments must be paid by 11:00 AM Tuesday before the child's week of attendance.

Payment must be made by Money Order, including any applicable fees.

Repeated returned payments may result in suspension or loss of enrollment. 


    

No.

All tuition, registration fees, supply fees, activity fees, and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. 


    

  

Attendance

Students are expected to attend regularly.

  • Maximum      of three absences per nine-week grading period 
  • Physician's      note required upon return for absences (except approved situations) 


    

  

  

Yes.

Families may receive:

  • 50%      tuition for one vacation week 
  • One      time per school year 
  • Two      weeks advance notice required 
  • Requests      must be emailed to:

Yes.

Children may receive:

Meals are served according to each child's enrollment schedule.

Children are only released to individuals authorized by the parent and verified with photo identification.

Parents receive communication throughout our progressive discipline process, and conferences are scheduled when additional support is needed.

Yes.

Parents are required to attend:

Yes.

Students wear official CarWood Heritage Preparatory uniforms, including CHP-branded polo shirts and approved uniform bottoms.
