We focus on cultivating intellectual curiosity while empowering young leaders to excel in loving their neighbors as themselves, welcoming all backgrounds with grace, integrity, and purpose.

CarWood Heritage Preparatory Preschool exists to provide young children with a high-quality educational experience that combines academic excellence, character development, leadership training, and faith-based values within a nurturing and supportive environment.
Academic Excellence
We believe children are capable learners with tremendous potential. Our rigorous academic program is designed to foster school readiness and establish strong foundations in literacy, language development, mathematics, science, social studies, and creative expression. Through hands-on learning experiences, inquiry-based exploration, and purposeful instruction, we encourage children to become confident thinkers, problem-solvers, and lifelong learners.
Intellectual Curiosity
Curiosity is the foundation of learning. We create engaging experiences that inspire children to ask questions, explore new ideas, and discover the world around them. By nurturing creativity, imagination, and critical thinking skills, we help children develop a passion for learning that extends far beyond the classroom.
Leadership Development
We believe leadership can be taught and practiced from an early age. Through age-appropriate leadership opportunities, children learn responsibility, perseverance, self-discipline, teamwork, communication, and service to others. Our leadership program empowers children to recognize their unique strengths and use them to positively influence their families, schools, and communities.
Interdenominational Christian Foundation
Our program is rooted in an interdenominational Christian worldview that emphasizes universal biblical principles such as love, kindness, honesty, respect, gratitude, forgiveness, stewardship, and service. We welcome families from all Christian traditions and backgrounds while creating a respectful environment where every child is valued and loved.
We seek to model Christ-like character by teaching children the importance of loving God and loving their neighbors. These values are woven throughout daily interactions, classroom activities, and community engagement opportunities.
Love and Service to Others
Central to our mission is teaching children to care for and serve others. We encourage children to develop empathy, compassion, and understanding by learning how their actions affect those around them. Through acts of kindness, cooperative learning, and community service projects, children discover the joy and responsibility of contributing positively to the lives of others.
